The project covered an area of approximately 3000 m2. The client utilized Guozi's SLIM Stacking Robots for transporting and stacking goods on-site. Upon receiving the packaging materials, the robots are called to transport the materials to the warehouse.

The intelligent logistics solution for the food and beverage industry includes setting up loading and unloading points along the production line, AS/RS docking, and empty pallet staging areas. With the REX system sending task instructions, the SLIM stcking robot can complete the material handling needs of picking and placing, as well as placing empty pallets and removing full ones. The robot dispatching system, WMS system, REX system, and AS/RS work together efficiently.

The introduction of intelligent storage management system, elevator system and warehouse system, realize the digital and visual management of storage information, warehouse data can be quickly exported, convenient business inventory and statistics.

Guozi's intelligent warehousing and handling solution implemented a point-to-point handling task assignment system to the REX robot based on the customer's upper-level business system (WMS).

Guozi implemented an intelligent storage solution for the healthcare industry utilizing Picking Plus robot. The solution was designed to accommodate the varied shapes and sizes of medical equipment and supplies. Automated and human picking were combined to streamline the picking process. Using a way of order relay, the Picking Plus robot transported small items to the pickers, while humans picked large items directly. This new approach reduced the complexity of manual labor and improved efficiency.

This intelligent handling solution for pharmaceutical logistics warehouses optimizes the processes of receiving, storage, sorting, and distribution of medicines through intelligent logistics robots. It shortens inventory and delivery times,comprehensively solves pain points, and significantly improves the level of automation in pharmaceutical warehouse logistics.
