The platform provides complete after-sales service and bears the logistical needs and costs of user returnsReturn orders began to grow rapidly as the platform exploded in popularity, bringing challenges to the original return service system:

  1. The main body of the platform returns to individual consumers, the return of goods are mostly single items, and the return time, variety, quantity are uncertain, the return of goods into the inventory sorting workload and high difficulty, there are often mistakes, omissions and so on, resulting in inaccurate inventory problems.

Located at the client's Florence, USA returns warehouse, this 360,000-square-foot warehouse is primarily used for the storage and flow of platform returns of home products.
